World record attempt...

Milbank Trucks deliver a world record attempt, custom made, pedal powered vehicle. This vehicle was built to raise money for charity and comes in 3 sections measuring 40' long each.
We delivered these sections around the country for publicity photos and the record attempt itself. The pictures shown show only the front section in London with The Mayor of London - Ken Livingstone making his contribution. All 3 sections can seat a total of 100 people.

Found - The original Milbank Truck...

Found in a field V1, originally a Milbank Floors vehicle in 1983, was the vehicle that started it all for Milbank Trucks back in 1986 and joins the fleet once again over 20 years later. This vehicle was first driven by Dave Watson, now the Managing Director, followed by our Transport Manager at EC1 depot and two of our Training Officers. Soon to be fully restored back in Milbank Trucks colours this vehicle will be used as a show piece more than a working vehicle.
